5 rules for setting goals

The setting of targets is not a difficult process but we are ensuring daunting, as climbing Mount Everest. The secret to set and achieve goals is to decide what you want and make a plan.

There are important steps on the path that will help you achieve your goal. We will examine the rules that will keep you on the way to get what you want. When you set a goal and you start working on it, your life is beginning to change. It is an absolute fact that you can achieve your goals. If you pay it and follow the rules, you will get there.

Rule 1: Make a decision as to the goal you want to achieve.
This is the stage where you spend the most time. Decide what you want is critical to your living the life of your dreams. So many of us to deal with what we think we can get that we have not set the goal that we truly desire. This is your life and you get only one tour then make sure you set goals that you really want.

The other reason that this is so important is that you are trading your life to achieve this goal. If you set a goal and this is not really what you want, and then you spend the days working to achieve something that do not ignite your passion.

Rule 2: Choose the right words and write them.
Here, you want to be clear in the language that you use to describe your goal. This is not a place to be wimpy. The objectives should be clear and definitive. You do not want to write, Someday I will lose weight. If you write the purpose like that, you are putting your results in the future. You want to write your goal at the present time.

The formula I use to write my goals, I learned from my mentor Bob Proctor. I always start with I am so happy and grateful that now .... (Finish the sentence with your goal at the present time). An example would be, I am so happy and grateful now that I am at my ideal weight which supports my lifestyle. I have all the energy and strength I need to achieve my goals. You want to write your goals.

Writing causes thought. I used to write my goals on my computer but it proved not to be effective. Write your goals down to the old, on paper. There is a link that is actually write what you want.

Rule 3: Get involved emotionally with your goal.
It is all very well to write a goal, but if you do not emotionally involved with her, you will never achieve it. This is where comes in. Keep visualizing the image in your mind and see you achieve your goal. Feel what it is to have already done.

Gratitude is an important part of setting and achieving goals. Have a grateful heart keeps you in the right vibration. When you are positive mood, it is easier to visualize your goals successfully.

Rule 4: Call the Law of Attraction.
If you write down what you really want and to keep the image and become emotionally involved with them, you can invoke the law of attraction. The law states that the attraction of power flows where attention goes. James Allen wrote, "All that man is doing and whatever he fails to achieve is the direct result of his own thoughts." If you hold your image, you have the right to establish the terms and circumstances that are necessary for you to achieve your goal.

Rule 5: Have a card target.
I am wearing my objective card with me at all times. That is the first thing I look at in the morning when I wake up and the last thing I see before I go to bed. Keep it in your pocket or purse and watch periodically during the day. It will serve to remind you of your intention. If you put your hand in your pocket during the day or go in your purse, your objective feel map. Your words have the energy and touch you connect to them.

Our thoughts are very powerful. Think of what you really want, and stating that it will implement what you need to achieve your goals. After these 5 rules can dramatically change the results you see in your life.
